Chair Yoga
Moving & breathing together, with others, is one of the most natural human things we can do - it creates a sense of community, make us feel alive and vibrant, and it is a great way to co-regulate our nervous systems.
Supporting us through health challenges, reducing stress, improving mental clarity, reducing pain and stiffness, supporting restorative sleep and better digestion, helping us maintaining confidence and independence and we age.
